FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can I count restaurants per territory?

Yes. Write the ICP as filters, then split the segment by state or city. Each territory is counted in venues, for routes and drops, and in operators, for the deals a rep can close.

How do you handle restaurants that close?

A closure is a dated signal on the account. Closed restaurants are flagged and kept off the lists your reps work. It matters on a route: 1 in 5 new restaurants close in 12 months.

Do you cover independent restaurants?

Yes. The data is registry-anchored to cover independent operators, so a single-location restaurant resolves to its legal entity, with its owner attached and email and phone checked and dated.

Why not a general B2B database?

Most of a distributor's new accounts are small independents that a general database lists poorly, if at all. CompanyProspect starts from every venue in the market, resolves each one to the business that runs it and flags the ones that opened or closed.
