What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. This policy also covers similar technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage, pixels and tracking tags.
How we use them
We use analytics and campaign measurement to understand visits and arrivals on our sample page. We do not use personalized advertising, remarketing, fingerprinting, session replay or social-media tracking plugins.
Strictly necessary storage
Necessary storage supports security, language and theme preferences, and records your consent choice. It is used only to provide functionality you request.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics for cookieless aggregate traffic measurement without persistent identifiers. Google Analytics 4 loads with Advanced Consent Mode. When analytics or advertising storage is denied, Google receives limited measurement signals without those cookies. These signals may include page URLs, referrers and consent state and support aggregate reporting and conversion modeling. Campaign measurement connects visits and sample-page arrivals with Google Ads when the applicable preferences allow it; ad personalization remains disabled.
Managing consent
For visitors detected in Europe, including the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, optional storage and advertising data use are denied until consent is given. Elsewhere, measurement is enabled by default unless a saved preference or Global Privacy Control signal restricts it. We determine the region using country and continent metadata provided by our hosting network; an unknown region uses the European settings. You can change analytics and campaign measurement preferences through Cookie preferences in the footer from any region. Rejecting optional cookies retains limited cookieless measurement. Your choice is stored in cp_cookie_consent_v3; existing rejections are respected. Blocking browser storage may cause the banner to reappear.
