Early signs

Be first to the kitchen, not the fourth quote.

A kitchen is specified and bought before the doors open. A new entity in the registry, a permit for the address and a listing marked coming soon show up weeks earlier, on the operator that will run the site.

  • New entities and permits, dated
  • Coming-soon listings before opening day
  • Reach the operator before the equipment is ordered

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can I see every location a group runs?

Yes. Listings of the same place merge into one location, and every location rolls up to the operator that runs it and to its legal owner. The account shows the location count and each site under it.

Do you track new openings?

Openings are a dated signal, recorded on the operator they belong to, beside closures, ownership and leadership changes and tech switches.

Who do I reach at a multi-location group?

Owners, officers and directors attached to the legal entity, and operational decision-makers such as a director of operations, general manager or franchise owner. Each carries a role, email deliverability, phone validity and the date of the last check.

Why not a general B2B database?

A general database files a franchised restaurant under the brand. The brand often does not buy the equipment: on our pizza chain pages, 98% of Pizza Hut's US locations with a known operator are franchised, run by 396 franchisees. CompanyProspect resolves each location to the operator that runs it.
